Candidates who achieve the 2394 qualification could progress on to the City and Guilds 2395: the Level 3 Certificate in Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations.

Periodic testing will not be covered in this qualification.

There are 3 examinations involved -

• PC based multiple choice examination having 40 questions, is 1 hour 20 mins long, and is closed book, with instant result.

• Closed book written exam, 2 hours in duration. Date to be confirmed 
  (results may take up to 6 weeks)

• Practical Assessment (to be arranged after course completion)

Recommended book list:

BS7671: 2018 - 18th Edition and Guidance Note 3 with the Blue band at bottom (to comply with the 18th Edition)
